Mark has served as a strategic BI advisor to numerous Fortune 50 companies and served as CIO of the largest healthcare company in the country. Mark has extensive experience in conceptualizing ideas, developing business plans, recruiting teams and building operations. Despite his entrepreneurial acumen, Mark freely admits that he would almost always rather be fishing.

James S. Thompson, President & CFO

An experienced executive and CPA with over 45 years of CEO, COO & CFO experience, Jim is a serial entrepreneur who has started 6 companies, taken 2 public and has been a senior officer of major public corporations, including Chun King (Corporate Comptroller), Yardley of London (CFO), The Harvey Group (Co-President & COO) and Universal Container (EVP).

Alan Hedge Ph.D., Chief Productivity Officer

Professor & Director of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Laboratory at Cornell University, Alan is a internationally recognized expert in environmental design, workplace ergonomics and human factors. Alan frequently speaks at national and international conferences and symposia on human factors and design concepts impacting workforce productivity. He has been retained by the EPA, the Department of the Navy, other government agencies and Fortune 50 corporations.

Craig Metzler, Ph.D., COO

A former biomedical research scientist at the University of California School of Medicine (UCSF), Craig has started and sold multiple companies and served as chief information officer, chief operating officer and head of technology for both domestic and international corporations. Craig has run technology operations in North America, Asia and Europe and has a strong background in data center operations, internet communications, application development and security.

Douglas Domergue, Sr. Vice President – Sales and Marketing
