Application Usage

This Vital Sign lists the top applications in use by an organization. Ranking is based on total time and activity across all users in the organization. The report can be filtered by department, business unit or other organizational unit and delivered to managers within those organizations. It can also be filtered to include only specific date ranges or job titles. An application report specific for each user could be automatically delivered to each user in the company to provide feedback on how they are using their time. The options are almost endless.

In the example below, a manager might observe a particular application that is not being used nearly as much as would be expected or one that should not be used at all.
